Binu Varghese has been a part of GSH for the last 19 years. He started out as a house parent with his wife Manno in Talegaon. For many years Binu was in charge of operations in GSH Talegaon and Nasik. He presently serves on the Good Shepherd Homes board as secretary. He resides in Pune with his wife Mano and their two children. 

Director Gerard Vandervegt started Good Shepherd Homes in 1996 in Talegaon. He is presently involved in fundraising, communications and coordinating efforts in the Parandwadi construction. He resides in London. 

Thomas Zachariah goes back many years with Good Shepherd Homes, from the time he first started to visit the Talegaon home around 2000. He forged a successful career in sales and advertising with the Indian Express in Mumbai for a number of years. In 2017, Thomas and his wife Prem returned to Pune with a dream to invest in child welfare. He is presently GSH’ chief fundraiser.
